The Little Holding Food van.

We sell a limited menu from our horse box focusing on seasonal local ingredients, usually consisting of meat, freshly made bread, a sauce & pickled veg. One of our favourite items we’ve made is Elpastor Style Pork Kebabs on flatbreads with pickled rhubarb.

We take great pride in using ingredients from nearby producers or our own holding where possible .
